2 oz New Riff Bottled In Bond Bourbon
1/2 oz Peach Mint Syrup*

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake very well. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint.

*Peach Mint Syrup Recipe
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Peach Juice
1 Bunch Blanched Mint Leaves

Method: Blanche Mint: Dip fresh mint in boiling water for 10–15 seconds, then plunge into ice water. Set aside to dry. In a small pot, heat sugar and peach juice over medium-low, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool completely. Blend syrup with the blanched mint, strain through a fine mesh strainer, and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Batched Recipe

1 Bottle of New Riff Bottled In Bond Bourbon6 ½ oz Peach Mint Syrup6 ½ oz Water

12-15 servings per batch

Method: Mix well and place in a punch bowl, dispenser or pour into glass bottles and store in a packed metal container packed with ice. If you are batching ahead of time make sure to store in your fridge until ready to serve and place in your preferred container of choice.
