Sip your way through a curated flight of our signature whiskeys while  American Legacy Tours shares stories about the roots of bourbon culture how today’s renaissance connects to a rebellious past.

Step into a one-of-a-kind exploration of New Riff’s Single Barrel program, where no two barrels are alike and every sip tells its own story. This guided experience begins with an introduction to the art of single barrels—how they’re selected, what makes them unique, and the philosophy behind New Riff’s celebrated program. You’ll then taste through a curated flight of rare and distinctive Single Barrels, each chosen for their character and individuality.

In the second half of the journey, discover the magic of pairing as we match each whiskey with thoughtfully crafted bites that enhance and contrast its flavors. Learn the principles behind pairing food with whiskey—so you can recreate the experience at home—and uncover how different notes in each pour come alive alongside the right dish.

Select bottles from the tasting will be available for purchase, giving you the chance to take home your favorite flavor discoveries.
