Ommegang Collaboration Dinner

Join us for a special dinner where we bring together the distilling talents of New Riff’s Brian Sprance, the brewing talents of Ommegang Brewing’s Rick DeBar and the culinary talents of Chef Stephen Spyrou. This is a celebration of the collaboration between old friends and colleagues, Brian and Rick.
Featured pairings include:
Opening Cocktail blending together New Riff Kentucky Straight Rye with Ommegang Hennepin Saison paired with Urban Stead Cheddar, Speck and Greens curated by Aquifer Bar Manager Katie Tobin
First Course includes Witte and 5 year old Wheated Bourbon paired with Grilled Shrimp Skewer over Collard Green Peach Slaw
Second Course pairing includes Rosetta and six year old 100% Malted Rye Whiskey along with Grilled Doughnut Panzanella, Cherry Honey Mustard, Smoked Goat Cheese and Micro Arugula 5 spice pecans
Third Course is a Solera and Single Barrel Bourbon paired with Braised Lamb Tostada and Cucumber White Bean Radish Salsa
Fourth Course pairing is Three Philosophers and Balboa Rye Whiskey and Smoked Pork Belly with Spiced Fruit BBQ and Gouda Grits
Fifth Course features Ommegang Barrel Aged Vanilla Stout with the New Riff Single Barrel Rye Whiskey paired with TGB Midas Bar and Melted Ice Cream
