Negroni Week is a global celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charitable causes around the world. Bars and restaurants will mix classic Negronis and Negroni variations to support Slow Food.

We are putting a New Riff on the classic Negroni with cocktail recipes that showcase our Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin and our award-winning Bottled In Bond Bourbon and Rye. New Riff brings a whiskey focus to Negroni Week with cocktails that delight both whiskey and gin drinkers.

We’re putting our special Riff on Negroni Week with featured cocktails at The Aquifer. Try a classic Negroni or one our Negroni riffs all week ling. Specials are just $10 and $1 from every Negroni Week cocktail will be donated to Slow Food.
