Our Bonded tour offers a firsthand look through the nooks and crannies of our bourbon distilling process, from grain to barrel. We’ll explore fermentation, distillation, and the Barreling process. This dynamic tour features tastes of our award winning spirits throughout the tour path including New Riff Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon and our exclusive Single Barrel selections. The tour lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Following the tour, each guest will receive a $10 token for the retail shop that can be used on purchases of $25 or more.  The token discount cannot be bundled with other discounts.

Add a little extra cheer with a Happy Hour Tour!  It’s everything guests love about our Bonded Tour: behind-the-scenes magic, whiskey wisdom, and guided tastings of our award-winning spirits. But this one ends on an extra high note — a tailored happy hour menu available to tour guests in the Aquifer Tasting Room. Cocktails for a Crowd: The Art of Batching Cocktails: June 28th at 12:30

Join Hospitality Director Catherine Manabat as she showcases how to make fun, tasty and executable batched cocktails to make for your next summer gathering. Sip through 4 different  cocktails, from punches, batches and pitchers this class is surely to be a crowd pleaser! Ticket includes: 4 cocktails, recipes and light bites!

Join us on a tour of our West Newport Campus. Every Wednesday we offer the chance to visit the New Riff “back of house.” Walk through our barrel warehouse, take in the angels’ share, see the turn of the century architecture in our bottling hall and tasting rooms and most importantly, experience tastings of New Riff whiskey directly from a barrel. Ticket includes the tour and samples. Barrel Proof Tours Begin at 7 p.m.

Taste. Blend. Bottle.

Join us every Thursday in our West Newport Campus Tasting Room and spend a couple of hours experiencing the fine balance between art and science as you blend your very own bottle of whiksey. You’ll create your personal blend based on the practices our distilling team uses in our sensory lab. Consider the intricacies and differences between individual barrels, and create your own test blends, tasting and analyzing how the puzzle pieces of flavor, texture, and aroma fit together.

Our team will guide your hands-on experience as you taste and blend three individual barrels into your perfectly balanced blend, ultimately bottling your very own creation to take home.

There is limited seating for the Blend experience. Tickets are $90 per person and include your 750ml bottle.  Blend experience alternates each week between Bourbon Blend or Rye Blend. Select the Bourbon Blend or Rye Blend buttons below for specific Blend experience.

Join us for an intimate and up-tempo 30 minute tasting led by a New Riff Brand Ambassador. Sip through four unique New Riff Whiskey expressions starting with our flagship Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon and Bottled-In-Bond Rye, finishing with a duo of specialty Whiskey Riffs.  Experience the harmony of flavor, aroma and story that goes into creating our lineup of whiskeys. The Hits: A Guided Tasting Experience is available for $25 a ticket, every Friday at 3:00PM EST and Saturday at 1:00PM EST.

This experience does not include a Retail Shop discount token.
