Roebling’s First
Bourbon Whiskey Sour with Red Wine Float
Ingredients:
- 2 oz New Riff Bottled in Bond Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Red Wine
Mix:
- Mix Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in Shaker Tin over Ice
- Shake until cold and strain over ice into a Collins glass
- Float Red Wine on top by pouring slowly over a spoon
