2 oz New Riff Kentucky Straight Bourbon
1.5 oz Martinellis Apple Cider
* .5 oz Cinnamon sugar simple syrup
**1 oz of combined Apple, Maple, Lemon syrup
Rim a highball glass with lemon juice and cinnamon sugar. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into prepared highball filled with ice. Garnish with fresh or dehydrated apple slices.
*Cinnamon Sugar Simple:
Mix equal parts sugar and water. Add 3-4 cinnamon sticks to the container, stir to combine, let cool. Remove Cinnamon sticks after a few days. Store in the fridge for up to one month.
** Apple, Maple, Lemon syrup:
Yields 1 cup (8 oz.)
Recipe can be doubled, tripled, and beyond
2 oz Real Brand Apple Syrup
2 oz Apple cider vinegar
2 oz maple syrup
2 oz fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a container with a lid. Stir to combine, store in the fridge for up to one month.
